The GM position broken down:
$70,000 – $80,000 salary with benefits & bonus
Endless Support From Irish Hospitality Group: A deeply experienced ownership and leadership team to help you solve problems, brainstorm, and succeed.
Time: You’re expected to be present 5 days a week during peak hours, either in service or observing service and supporting the team.
Controlling Costs: Be capable of reviewing P&Ls and making in-the-moment decisions that keep the business operating successfully.
Creative Collaboration: We welcome your ideas. This is your house, too. We will coach you on the core values that have made us successful.
Hitting Goals: We set clear and obtainable goals, and it’s your job to deliver. We remove any emotional judgments and allow you to focus on what’s best for the team and the business.
